Stella is an expression of the future of multi-family housing. This transit-oriented, LEED^® Silver, modern mixed-use development includes 244 units with a total gross residential area of 330,000 square feet. Situated in two residential towers, a five-story Type IIIA building and a four-story Type VA building, both supported over two levels of subterranean parking. The project includes the redevelopment of a brownfield site, energy-efficient systems, site water reclamation, passive and active solar energy production, use of FSC lumber, recycled materials, and non-toxic materials.
