Comprised of a diverse, talented, and experienced staff, T&S Structural possesses S.E. and P.E licensing in multiple states, as well as engineers with geotechnical, construction, and construction management experience. This allows for the undertaking of a wide variety of structural engineering projects with confidence.
Our principals and engineers are dedicated to a collaborative approach on every project. Our team promotes open lines of communication with design teams, building jurisdictions, and contractors all in an effort to ensure our client's best interests are being achieved and the desired final product realized. At T&S Structural, we pride ourselves on promoting continuing education among our staff and maintaining expertise in code standards.
In 2007, the principals made the decision to share ownership of the company with its employees through the formation of an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). The goal was to reward, empower, and foster a truly collaborative design environment.
