Set along Las Tablas Creek in the scenic hills of Paso Robles, this three-story Victorian house was featured in the 1990 thriller Arachnophobia. We produced plans for the remodel including a guest suite, terrace, covered porch, and balcony. T&S Structural engineered this elaborate remodel with historic as well as geotechnical concerns since the existing farmhouse is perched atop the Rinconada Fault. T&S Structural Engineers designed new Offices, and a Tank Room and Barrel Storage Room remodel including seismic upgrade, the new mechanical unit supports, foundations for a new covered Crush Area, and Fermentation Tank anchorage systems.
