In an industrial area of Broad Street in San Luis Obispo, Building C of Creekside Office Park is a two-story 26,000 square foot professional office building utilizing tilt-up construction. Floor and roof framing consists of plywood I-joists supported by steel beams. The building features numerous tall windows to take advantage of the creek side views.
