Trimet Terminus Solar

This was a unique project in Portland, Oregon that was as much about aesthetics as it was about function. Our design consisted of PV panels that attached to sub-structure ribs which were connected to an existing framing system. Prior to our work on it, this project saw many delays due to a conflict between artistic vision and constructability limitations. By working closely with REC Solar we were able to produce an elegant sub-structure that was both structurally feasible for construction, but was also compliant with the architect's original vision.
