Dolphin Bay

A combined hotel and luxury condominium complex, Dolphin Bay is a 70-unit resort perched on a cliff above the Pacific in Shell Beach. The project is comprised of three 4-story Type II buildings utilizing braced frame, moment frame, and concrete shearwalls, all supported on a concrete flat plate over subterranean parking.
