Avila Lighthouse Suites

This hotel resort sits along the ocean waterfront of the resort town Avila Beach. It consists of four two-story hotel buildings , a lobby building and conference center building, over a single concrete flat plate providing subterranean parking. The flat plate is supported by concrete columns and concrete shearwalls. The foundation system is a mat slab varying from 18" to 30" thick.
