Avila Grocery

On Front Street in Avila Beach, Avila Grocery is one of many renovated buildings to add to the revitalization of the boardwalk. This innovative mixed-use project includes a street-level market, an underground wine cellar, and a cheese shop, as well as two second-level luxury vacation units. Wanting to maintain the history of the original building, the design-build team saved original artifacts and studied historical photos to model the facade and exterior detailing with historical integrity.
