The project included offices, a workshop, a supply storage room, a covered outdoor work area and a new pump station. The office was a new, wood-framed addition adjacent to the existing prefabricated steel building. A deepened foundation system was designed to mitigate surcharge of the retaining wall at the tank room. Glulam Beams were used to create large spanning mitred windows to capture the picturesque views. Ta&S Structural Engineers designed the exterior entry feature and large steel trellis structures and their supports.
