T&S Structural provided full engineering services for Phases 1-3, encompassing complete foundation design for pre-manufactured steel buildings, crush pad, pond equipment pads, offices, a 120 - footbridge, auxiliary buildings, and calculations to support several wine storage tanks of 12,000 to 36,000 gallons each. In this 78,000 sq. ft. wine tank and barrel storage facility, the tank room alone supports 30,000-gallon tanks on a continuous mat slab foundation. It also has a 3 story steel framed tower above the subterranean lower level. The interior features several large-volume rooms. The lateral system consists of steel frames with Hardy Panels and standard shearwalls.
