Originally designed by in 1922 by Chester H. Miller, Architect, T&S Structural Engineers utilized the existing brick masonry and a storefront steel frame in this 2-story structure for a complete restoration with minimal effect on first-floor tenants. Located in the cultural center of downtown Paso Robles, 1225 Park Street is currently home to the citys chamber of commerce and other office space.
