This 114,000 square foot, 912 kW PV array consists of 3,780 panels. Along with its nearby sister projects in Houston and Round Rock (also by T&S), this installation made IKEA the largest private solar owner in the state. Taylor and Syfan worked closely with the client to optimize the panel layout, minimizing ballast and penetrations while preserving the structural integrity of the existing structure and capitalizing on the large roof area.
