This project consisted of a steel post and frame trellised pedestrian arcade, marquee tower, and auxiliary architectural elements to revitalize the historic El Centro business district. This civic project was governed by seismic design criteria due to its proximity to both the seismically active Imperial Valley and San Jacinto Fault Systems.
