The Cayucos Elementary School project consisted of three new detached buildings: a 17,600 square-foot, multipurpose building consisting of a multipurpose room, kitchen, four classrooms, lunchroom, stage area, storage and other support rooms, restrooms and locker rooms, a 3,600 square-foot classroom building consisting of three classrooms, two restrooms and storage and a 1,700 square-foot kindergarten building with one classroom and two restrooms.
